These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of 123done.ai (the "Site"), operated by Moonshot Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or submitting the waitlist form on it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Permitted Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the Site, or to submit false information through the waitlist form. You also agree not to scrape or harvest content or data from the Site for commercial use, or to infringe anyone's rights.

Intellectual Property

The text, images, and other content on this Site are owned by or licensed to Moonshot Media LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view this content for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission. Where 123Done's software is released as open source, that software is governed by the license included with it, not by these Terms.

Disclaimers

This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonshot Media LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data arising out of or related to this Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims related to this Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect, and our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
